嗅覺:純淨,濃郁的草莓,乳酪,蘑菇,濕葉子,皮革與松露氣味,陳年中。
味覺:不甜,高酸性,中下單寧,中上酒精濃度與中度酒體。有中上的草莓,梅子,香草,蘑菇,皮革,濕葉子,煙燻,與木材香料口味。中上餘韻。
結論:在這家昂貴但口味糟糕餐廳的合理價格且口感豐富的勃根地紅酒。已可適飲,應有繼續貯存的潛力。

Bought and Tasted at Simple Table Alleno Yannick on 2013-08-14 (TWD 3,600)
Appearance: Clear, light garnet, tears
Nose: Clean, pronounced strawberry, cheese, mushroom, wet leaves, leather and truffle aromas at developing stage.
Palate: Dry, high acidity, medium- tannin, medium+ alcohol and medium-bodied. Has medium+ strawberry, plum, vanilla, mushroom, leather, wet leaves, smoke and wood spice flavors. Medium+ finish.
Conclusion: Good value and sophisticated Burgundy at this expensive but terribly flavored restaurant. Drink now and may benefit for further ageing.
