Nose: Clean, pronounced blueberry, blackberry, black cherry, vanilla, cinnamon, floral and mushroom aromas at developing stage.
Palate: Dry, medium+ acidity, medium+ tannin, high alcohol and medium+ body.  Has medium+ black cheery, blackberry, cinnamon, vanilla, charcoal, earthy, mineral and savory flavors.  Long finish.

Conclusion: ★★★An elegant tempranillo.  Need few more years to age.

結論：★★★優雅的勃根地白酒但缺乏了一點點的平衡與細緻度。已可試飲，應有繼續貯存潛力。

Appearance:
Clear,  medium lemon, watery rim
Nose: Clean, medium+ green apple, grapefruit and floral at developing stage.
Palate: Dry, high acidity, medium+ alcohol and full-bodied.  Has medium+ lemon, grapefruit, almond butter, vanilla, mushroom and white pepper.  Long finish.

Conclusion:  ★★★Decent Burgundy white though a little bit lack of balance and delicacy. Drink now and may benefit for further ageing.

Kuramoto Plum Wine 蔵元の梅酒

很久沒喝梅酒，為了試做梅酒豬腳順便試飲後，才體會到原來以前喝的Choya加了多少酸味料，著色料與香料...

Haven't tried sweet plum wine for a while until I bought this one for a recipe of stewed pig knuckles. After tasting I can tell those like Choya were over-seasoned...

L'Amphore de Provence 2012 ★★

味覺：不甜，中上酸性，中上酒精濃度與中上酒體。有中度的草莓，桃子，檸檬，梅子，香草與白胡椒口味。中餘韻。

結論：★★瓶子非常漂亮的普羅旺斯粉紅酒，或許在浪漫的南法旅遊的觀光客喝起來不會那麼乏味吧！已可適飲，但應無繼續貯存潛力。

Appearance: Clear,  pale salmon, watery rim
Nose: Clean, medium strawberry, peach, vanilla and white pepper aromas at youthful stage.
Palate: Dry, medium+ acidity, medium+ alcohol and medium+ body.  Has medium  strawberry, peach, citrus, plum, vanilla and white pepper flavors.  Medium finish.

Conclusion: ★★A beautifully bottled Provence rosé.  Maybe the tourists travelling at romantic South France will find this wine not that boring.  Drink now and not benefit for further ageing.

ACHÁVAL-FERRER Malbec Mendoza 2011 ★★★

味覺：不甜，高酸性，中上單寧，高酒精濃度與中上酒體。有濃郁的黑櫻桃，桑葚，香草，黑胡椒，焦炭，濕葉子與蘑菇口味。長餘韻。

結論：★★★令人驚艷且非常均衡的馬爾貝克，這瓶2011年的酒有著教科書式的標準風味，甚至已有陳年的濕葉子與蘑菇味道，可惜絢爛的口味在開瓶一小時內迅速退化為平淡。已可適飲，但應無繼續貯存潛力。

Appearance:
Clear,  deep purple, thick tears
Nose: Clean, pronounced black cherry. floral, vanilla and mushroom aromas at youthful stage.
Palate: Dry, high acidity, medium+ tannin, high alcohol and medium+ body.  Has pronounced black cheery, black berry, vanilla, black pepper, charcoal, wet leave and mushroom flavors.  Long finish.

Conclusion: ★★★A surprisingly well-balanced malbec got all textbook flavors with even mushroom/wet leave in 2011 vintage.  However the good tastes faded out to dull quickly within an hour.  Drink now and not benefit for further ageing.

PFAFFENHEIM Steinert Pinot Gris Alsace 2009 ★★★★

結論：★★★★儘管差了一點點平衡的口感，這還是一瓶非常好喝且有著多層次風味的灰皮諾。雖然WS與RP都沒有評分，但我能體會這瓶酒為什麼在2012年得到多個葡萄酒獎項。已可適飲，但應可試試繼續貯存。

Clear,  light gold, watery rim
Nose: Clean, pronounced honey, apricot, mineral and white pepper aromas at youthful stage.
Palate: Medium Dry, medium+ acidity, high alcohol and full-bodied.  Has medium+ dry apricot, pineapple, ginger, mineral, white pepper and oak flavors.  Long finish.

Conclusion: ★★★★Very good multi-layer Pinot Gris though just a little bit unbalanced. Though not scored by major wine ratings but I can see why this wine receives a few awards in 2012.  Drink now and may benefit for further ageing.

Palate: Dry, high acidity and alcohol.  Medium+ bodied with medium+ apricot, citrus, vanilla, mineral, grapefruit, mineral and white pepper flavors.  Medium+ finish.

Conclusion: ★★★Good quality Sancerre SB.  Drink now and not benefit for further ageing.
