嗅覺：純淨，濃郁的熟檸檬，鳳梨乾，花香，熟楊桃，草莓，布里歐麵包，乾香菇，核桃與奶油氣味，已完全陳年。
味覺：不甜，高檸檬皮般的酸性，中酒精濃度，中度酒體與綿密泡沫。有中上的熟檸檬，熟楊桃，草莓，布里歐麵包，乾香菇，鮮美，礦物，乳酪，焦糖，焦油與烤核桃口味與長而令人回味的餘韻。

結論：★★★層次豐富，中等濃郁與均衡的粉紅crémant氣泡酒。已達適飲期，無須繼續貯存。

Appearance: Clear medium salmon
Nose: Clean, medium+ intensity of apple, strawberry, pineapple, dry plum, lemon zest mineral, yeast, and mushroom aromas at youthful stage

Palate: Dry, medium+ acidity, medium alcohol and medium+ body.  With medium+ lemon, strawberry, plum, orange zest, whilte pepper, autolysis, mineral, candy, mushroom and roast kernel flavors.  Medium finish.
Conclusion: ★★★Structured, somehow concerntrated and balanced.  Drink now.  No benefit for further ageing.

味覺：不甜，高酸性，中酒精濃度，中上酒體與綿密泡沫。有中上的檸檬皮，青梅，蘋果，百香果，柳橙，白胡椒，烤香菇，鮮美與礦物口味。長而玩味的餘韻。

結論：★★★★★ 這瓶Taittinger白中白的旗艦年份香檳像一件美麗動人而令人想含在嘴巴裡細細品嚐的一件珠寶。雖經過9年的釀造，仍保有清爽的果味與酵母的鮮甜完美交融，令此瓶香檳的迷人風味彷彿從眼前消失而晉升到腦海中浮現的層次。已達適飲期，有繼續貯存的潛力。

Appearance: Clear,  medium lemon.
Nose: Clean, medium+ intensity of lemon, olive, juniper, honey, floral, savory, bready, cooking spice and roasted mushroom aromas at developing stage.
Palate: Dry, high acidity, medium alcohol and medium+ body. Creamy mousse. With medium+ lemon zest, green plum, apple, passion fruit, orange, white pepper, roasted mushroom, savory and mineral flavors and long lasting finish.

Conclusion: ★★★★★ This Taittinger Blanc de Blancs signature is touchingly beautiful and near perfect from any angle.  A jewery requires very slow sip.   Aged for 9 years but well mingled with refreshingly fruity the autolytic taste is there but transparent.  Ready to drink now and have potential for further ageing.
