味覺：不甜，高酸性，中酒精濃度，中上酒體，綿密泡沫。有中上的檸檬皮，葡萄柚，蔓越莓，乾香菇，不鏽鋼，嫩薑，麵包，烤杏仁與鮮美口味，有中上令人口水直流的餘韻。
結論：★★★★非年份香檳的佳作但93分有點評價過高。有堅實與醇厚的風味但水果與不鏽鋼味過濃使得口感未達均衡。已可適飲，沒有繼續貯存的潛力。

Nose: Clear, medium+ lemon, apple, tangerine, dry plum, strawberry, floral, mushroom,and bready aromas at developing stage
Palate: Dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium+ body, creamy mousse. With medium+ lemon zest, grapefruit, raspberry, mushroom, steely, ginger, bready, smoky almond and savory flavors. Medium+ mouthwatering finish.
Conclusion: ★★★★Very good NV champagne but 93 score is over-rated. Though structured and concentrated but not so balanced with over fruity and steely finish. Ready to drink now and not suitable for ageing.
