結論:★★★★★經過8年的二次發酵且在最近才dosage使得這瓶傑出的香檳達到第一,第二與第三風味的完美共存,有著細緻、鮮甜與貴族般的長餘韻。已可適飲,亦有潛力繼續貯存。

Palate: Dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, pronounced lemon, blood orange, strawberry, dry apricot, mushroom, mineral, yogurt, smoky, creamy, white pepper and toasted nuts flavors. Long finesse finish.
