Kuramoto Plum Wine 蔵元の梅酒

很久沒喝梅酒,為了試做梅酒豬腳順便試飲後,才體會到原來以前喝的Choya加了多少酸味料,著色料與香料...

Haven't tried sweet plum wine for a while until I bought this one for a recipe of stewed pig knuckles. After tasting I can tell those like Choya were over-seasoned...
