視覺清澈,淡金色
嗅覺:純淨,濃郁的黃檸檬,李子,草莓,麵包,礦物與酵母分解的氣味,陳年中。
味覺:不甜,高酸性,酒精濃度,中上酒體與綿密泡沫。有中上的熟黃檸檬,李子,西洋哩,白胡椒,麵包,生薑,礦物與鮮美口味。中上餘韻。

結論:★★★ 這瓶93分的年份香檳雖然有濃郁的口感,但太多礦物口味使其不夠均衡且整體風味略嫌單調,缺乏了年份香檳的獨特性,不大與它的評分與價格相襯。已達適飲期,或許應再繼續貯存

Appearance: Clear,  pale gold
Nose: Clean, pronounced intensity of lemon, plum, strawberry, bready, mineral and autolystic aromas at developing stage.
Palate: Dry, high acidity, medium alcohol and medium+ body. Creamy mousse. With medium+ ripe lemon, plum, pear, whilte pepper, bready, ginger, mineral and savory flavors.  Medium+ finish.

Conclusion: ★★★ This 93-rated vintage champagne may have some concentration but also over dominant mineralilty.  I also found it lack of complexity on the mouth - not persuasive in terms of its vintage, rating nor price tag.  Drink now.  May benefit for further ageing.

視覺:清澈,淡鮭魚色,杯緣透明
嗅覺:純淨,中度的草莓,桃子,香草與白胡椒的清新氣味。
味覺:不甜,中上酸性,中上酒精濃度與中上酒體。有中度的草莓,桃子,檸檬,梅子,香草與白胡椒口味。中餘韻。

結論:★★ 這瓶布萊德彼特和安潔麗娜裘莉買下酒莊釀造的普羅旺斯玫瑰酒喝起來與當地的大部分玫瑰酒一樣清淡,能獲選百大名酒應該靠得是與酒的顏色一樣迷人的酒莊主人吧!已可適飲,但應無繼續貯存潛力。

WS 90, Top 100: 2013, Rank: 84

Appearance: Clear,  pale salmon
Nose: Clean, strawberry, lychee, peach, cherry candy, floral and mineral aromas at youthful stage.
Palate: Dry, low acidity, low alcohol and light body.  Has medium-  lemon, strawberry, grapefruit, stonefruit, mineral and white pepper flavors.  Medium- finish.

Conclusion: ★★ This Brangelino rosé wine is just like as buoyant as in most other Provence rosé.  The winery owners, as charming as their wine's color, must be the only reason that this wine could be selected into top 100.  Drink now and not benefit for further ageing.

視覺清澈,淡金色
嗅覺:純淨,中度的檸檬,草莓,法國麵包與酵母分解的氣味,陳年中。
味覺:不甜,高酸性,酒精濃度,中上酒體與綿密泡沫。有中上檸檬皮,葡萄柚,白胡椒,法國麵包,酵母分解,香草與礦物口味。中餘韻。



結論:。這瓶年份香檳嚐起來只有非年份或crémant的口感。酵母味壓過果味,不均衡且只有普通的濃郁與層次。已達適飲期,無須繼續貯存



MARGUET PERE & FILS Grand Cru 2006

Tasted at Vancouver home on 2014-04-17 

Appearance: Clear,  pale gold
Nose: Clean, medium intensity of lemon, strawberry, bready and autolystic aromas at developing stage.
Palate: Dry, high acidity, medium alcohol and medium+ body. Creamy mousse. With medium+ lemon zest, grapefruit, whilte pepper, bready, autolytic, vanilla and mineral flavors.  Medium finish.
ConclusionThis vintage chanpagne tasted like NV or crémant.  There was too much yeasty rather than fruity flavors.  Not balanced with little complexity and concerntration.  Drink now.  No benefit for further ageing.

視覺清澈,淡檸檬色
嗅覺:純淨,中度的檸檬,金桔,柳橙與法國麵包氣味,陳年中。
味覺:不甜,高酸性,酒精濃度,中上酒體與綿密泡沫。有中上檸檬,杏桃,蘋果,金桔,八角,白胡椒,法國麵包,酵母分解,穀物,堅果,礦物與味噌蜆仔湯的鮮美口味。長而口水直流的餘韻。



結論:★★★★這瓶接近卓越的年份香檳有著由於絲絨般的口感太過多才多姿令人早已分心注意它充滿張力的和諧。拿掉一顆星的原因除了這家酒莊每年都有生產這瓶年份香檳的氾濫之外,它的香氣太過簡潔無法與口感的層次相襯。已達適飲期,有繼續貯存的潛力

Appearance: Clear,  pale lemon
Nose: Clean, medium intensity of lemon, kumquat, orange and baguette aromas at developing stage.
Palate: Dry, high acidity, medium alcohol and medium+ body. Creamy mousse. With medium+ lemon, apricot, apple, kumquat, anise, white pepper, baguette, autolysis, grain, butter, nuts, mineral and miso-clam savory flavors.  Long watermouthing finish.
Conclusion:★★★★ An near-outstanding champagne with a great deal of velvet textures in the mouth made me forget about its intensified harmony.  I took one star off mainly because the estate produces this vintage champagne every year and its aromas are relatively mild. Drink now.  Have potential for further ageing.
