視覺清澈,淡檸檬色
嗅覺:純淨,中度的檸檬,金桔,柳橙與法國麵包氣味,陳年中。
味覺:不甜,高酸性,酒精濃度,中上酒體與綿密泡沫。有中上檸檬,杏桃,蘋果,金桔,八角,白胡椒,法國麵包,酵母分解,穀物,堅果,礦物與味噌蜆仔湯的鮮美口味。長而口水直流的餘韻。



結論:★★★★這瓶接近卓越的年份香檳有著由於絲絨般的口感太過多才多姿令人早已分心注意它充滿張力的和諧。拿掉一顆星的原因除了這家酒莊每年都有生產這瓶年份香檳的氾濫之外,它的香氣太過簡潔無法與口感的層次相襯。已達適飲期,有繼續貯存的潛力

Appearance: Clear,  pale lemon
Nose: Clean, medium intensity of lemon, kumquat, orange and baguette aromas at developing stage.
Palate: Dry, high acidity, medium alcohol and medium+ body. Creamy mousse. With medium+ lemon, apricot, apple, kumquat, anise, white pepper, baguette, autolysis, grain, butter, nuts, mineral and miso-clam savory flavors.  Long watermouthing finish.
Conclusion:★★★★ An near-outstanding champagne with a great deal of velvet textures in the mouth made me forget about its intensified harmony.  I took one star off mainly because the estate produces this vintage champagne every year and its aromas are relatively mild. Drink now.  Have potential for further ageing.
