Appearance: Clear, deep ruby, legs
Nose: Clean, pronounced baked cherry, fig, plum and black pepper aromas at developing stage.
Palate: Dry with medium+ acidity, medium- tannin, high alcohol and medium+ body. With medium+ baked cherry, fig, plum, black pepper, chocolate, cigar and meaty flavors. Long finish.

Conclusion: ★★★★Well made California style Pinot Noir with strong personality.  Drink now and may benefit from further ageing.

結論：★★這瓶含91%黑皮諾的美國國宴氣泡酒不知何故總覺得缺乏了一些紅色水果的風味而無法達成層次的均衡。已可適飲，應無繼續貯存潛力。

Nose: Clean, Medium+ lemon, bready, cheese, and mushroom aromas at developing stage
Palate: Dry, high acidity, medium+ alcohol and medium+ body.  Has medium+ lemon, buttery, mushroom, mineral and white pepper flavors. Medium finish.

Conclusion: ★★This "State-Fuctions" Blanc de Noir somehow lacks of red fruit flavors to constitute its layering balance.  Drink now, not suitable for further ageing.
