Nose: Clean, pronounced baked cherry, fig, plum and black pepper aromas at developing stage.
Palate: Dry with medium+ acidity, medium- tannin, high alcohol and medium+ body. With medium+ baked cherry, fig, plum, black pepper, chocolate, cigar and meaty flavors. Long finish.
Conclusion: ★★★★Well made California style Pinot Noir with strong personality. Drink now and may benefit from further ageing.
