產地:法國香檳區
品種:53%夏多內, 29%黑皮諾與18% 莫尼耶皮諾
開瓶:2014-01-22於SET第4級課程 (CAD $65)
評分:WS 91 / RP 90-92
視覺:清澈,中金色
嗅覺:純淨,濃郁的檸檬,烤蘋果,草莓,餅乾,菇類與核桃氣味。陳年中。
味覺:不甜,高酸性,中酒精濃度與中酒體。有濃郁的檸檬,青梅,礦物,菇類,餅乾,核桃與鮮美口味,長餘韻。

結論:Jacquesson 是香檳瓶塞固定鐵絲的發明者,也是當年拿破崙最喜愛的香檳酒莊之一。這瓶於12年8月才除渣的非年份香檳儘管含糖量甚低(僅充填1.5g/l的dosage),卻不失其傑出的優雅品質。以可適飲,亦可短時間儲存。

Appearance: Clear, medium gold
Nose: Clean, pronounced lemon, toasted apple, strawberry, biscuit, mushroom and walnut aromas at developing stage
Palate:  Dry, high acidity, medium alcohol and medium-bodied. With pronounced lemon, unripe plum, mineral, mushroom, biscuit, walnut and savory flavors. Long finish.

Conclusion: Jacquesson & Fils was famous for the inventor of muselet and the most favorite champagne by Napoleon.  This Aug 2012 disgorged NV has outstanding elegance even though it is very dry (1.5g/l dosage).  Drink now and will benefit for short-term ageing.
