視覺：清澈，中檸檬色，奶油般泡沫
嗅覺：純淨，中上的檸檬，青蘋果，葡萄柚，餅乾與乳酪氣味
味覺：不甜，高酸性，中酒精濃度與中度酒體。有中上的檸檬，葡萄柚，蘋果，礦物，奶油，橡木與與白胡椒口味。長餘韻。
結論：★★★合理價位（但台灣略貴）且非常平衡的年份氣泡酒，儘管缺乏了點層次與深度。已可適飲，應有繼續貯存潛力。

Appearance:
Clear, medium lemon, creamy bubble
Nose: Clean, medium+ lemon, apple, grapefruit, biscuit and cheese aromas at developing stage.
Palate: Dry, high acidity, medium alcohol and medium-bodied. Has medium+ lemon, grapefruit, apple, mineral, butter, oak and white pepper flavors. Long finish.
Conclusion: ★★★Reasonable priced (price in Taiwan is a bit higher though) and very balanced vintage Crémant though not sophisticated. Drink now and may benefit for further ageing.
