Appearance: Clear, medium+ ruby, thick legs
Nose: Clean, pronounced blue berry, coconut, lavender, tobacco aromas at developing stage.
Palate: Dry and medium+ acidity and tannin, high alcohol and medium+ bodied. With medium+ blue berry, vanilla, smoke, leather, ginger, and chocolate flavors. Long Finish.

Conclusion: ★★★★Terrific Barossa Shiraz but its price and 97-score may be over. Softer tannin and more balanced texture after storing at Sowine for 24 hours. Drink now and have potential for further ageing.
