視覺:清澈,深紅寶石色,厚淚滴
嗅覺:純淨,中上濃度的黑櫻桃,香草,菇類與花香氣味,陳年中
味覺:不甜,中上酸性,高單寧,高酒精濃度,豐富酒體,中上濃度的李子,桑葚,香草,檜木與胡椒風味。長回味長度
結論:★★★★第二次試飲這瓶酒以後更能體會為什麼他的評分會這麼高。這瓶年輕的紅酒剛開瓶時味道有些平淡,但醒酒2小時之後所有的味道開始集中,在Sowine中真空貯存24小時之後所有的潛力才更加發揮。現在太年輕不宜開瓶,需再繼續貯存2-3年以上

Appearance: Clear, dark ruby, thick legs
Nose: Clean, medium+ intensity of black cherry, vanilla, mushroom and floral notes. Developing stage.
Palate: Dry and medium+ acidity. High tannin, high alcohol and full bodied. With medium+ intensity of plum, blackberry, vanilla, cedar and peppery flavors. Long Finish.
Conclusion: ★★★★Tried this wine for the second time and more appreciated why it is so highly-rated. The wine is too young to drink now so it tasted dull just opened. All flavors start to concentrate significantly after decanting for 2 hours. It performed its best to me while I kept it vacuumed on my Sowine for 24 hours. Don't open this wine now and let it sit for another 2-3 years.
