甘之若飴的雪莉酒，屬於已貯存30年的VORS等級，又是少見的flor酵母膜於釀造時自然消失的Palo Cortado極品。雖然甜味是來自於添加10%的PX雪莉酒，但味道甘醇自然，入口滿嘴芬芳，有著完美的均衡度，但少了一點點濃郁度與層次感。強烈推薦大家試試，絕對會對雪莉酒的印象完全改觀。

Appearance: Clear, medium amber, legs noticed
Nose: Clean, with medium+ dry plum, raisin, walnut, cedar, caramel, vanilla, and perfume aromas at fully developed stage
Palate: Off-dry, medium- acidity, fortified to high alcohol, and full-bodied. With medium+ dry plum, raisin, walnut, cedar, caramel, vanilla, savoury and mushroom flavours.  Long finish.

Conclusion:★★★★ 

Near outstanding  and rare Palo Cortado sherry (flor died naturally during vinification) under 30-year VORS label.  The hint of sweet is from 10% PX sherry which is well blended into scrumptious tastes.  Though layering and intensity are slighly off the perfect balance this wine is still a good showcase to blow your impression about sherry.
