味覺：不甜，中酸性，中酒精濃度，中度酒體與綿密泡沫。有中度的葡萄柚，杏桃，梨子，布里歐麵包，礦物與些微白胡椒口味。中上餘韻。
結論：★★★★非常均衡，清淡與優雅的crémant氣泡酒，充分代表教科書中勃根地是僅次於香檳的氣泡酒產區。已達適飲期，無須繼續貯存。

Palate: Dry, medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, creamy mousse. With medium flavor intensity of grapefruit, apricot, pear, brioche, mineral and hint of white pepper. Medium+ finish
Conclusion: ★★★★ Very balanced, light and graceful. Very representable showcase of Burgandy's sparkling wines which is closest to Champagne by textbook. Drink now, not suitable for ageing.
