味覺：極甜，中酸性，加烈為中酒精濃度，中上酒體。有濃郁的黑李，柳橙皮，葡萄乾，乾杏桃，焦糖，檜木，鮮美，黑胡椒，皮革，菸草，巧克力與薄荷口味。長餘韻。
結論：★★★★ 極佳的PX雪莉酒，有非常濃郁、均衡且極端豐富的風味。這瓶從1927年開始建立的Solera酒庫中混釀的佳作僅賣30元加幣實在太過划算。已可適飲，無繼續貯存的必要。

Appearance: Clear, medium brown, legs noticed
Nose: Clean, with medium+ black plum, raisin, dry apricot, prune, pineapple, caramel, cedar and menthyl aromas at fully developed stage
Palate: Lucously sweet, medium acidity, fortified to medium alcohol, and medium+ body. With pronounced black plum, orange zest, dry pricot, raisin, caramel, cedar, savoury, black pepper, leather, tobacco, chocolate and menthyl flavours. Long length.
Conclusion: ★★★★ Very concentrated, balanced, PX Sherry with great complexity. Very good quality. Not suitable for further ageing. $30 is a terrific bargain for this PX Sherry mixed in a solera system since 1923.
