視覺：清澈，深金色
嗅覺：純淨，濃郁的熟檸檬，鳳梨乾，花香，熟楊桃，草莓，布里歐麵包，乾香菇，核桃與奶油氣味，已完全陳年。
味覺：不甜，高檸檬皮般的酸性，中酒精濃度，中度酒體與綿密泡沫。有中上的熟檸檬，熟楊桃，草莓，布里歐麵包，乾香菇，鮮美，礦物，乳酪，焦糖，焦油與烤核桃口味與長而令人回味的餘韻。
結論：★★★★★懂愈多酒之後愈覺得不能完全依賴評分制度來評斷酒的好壞。這瓶我覺得非常傑出的20年香檳雖然只有89分，但有著非常豐富層次，濃郁且極端均衡的口感，好喝到我一口接一口無法停止，好像看到一位浸淫演藝圈20年終於得到最佳女主角獎的女伶。已達適飲期，無須繼續貯存。

Nose: Clean, pronounced ripe lemon, dry pineapple, floral, ripe starfruit, strawberry, brioche, dry mushroom, walnut and buttery aromas at fully developed stage
Palate: Dry, high zesty acidity, medium alcohol, medium body and creamy mousses. With medium+ ripe lemon, star fruit, strawberry, brioche, dry mushroom, savory, mineral, cheese, caramel, tar and roast walnut flavors with long reminiscent finish.
Conclusion: ★★★★★The more I taste wine, the more I don't trust wine rating. This 89-scored 20 years champagne has outstanding quality to me, with multi-layers, concentrated, extremely balanced tastes with which I can't help but keep drinking. A reminiscence of a 20-year-experienced actress just won her best leading role. Drink now. No benefit for further ageing.
