嗅覺：純淨，中上的椰子，石蠟，檸檬，檜木，豆類，礦物與菇類氣味，年輕氣味。
味覺：不甜，中上的輕快酸性，高酒精濃度與豐富酒體。有中上的楊桃，椰子，檸檬，檜木，礦物，豆類，奶油與菇類口味。中上回味長度。
結論：用野生酵母在橡木桶中釀製出細緻且多元風味的優質夏多內。已達適飲期，還可再短期貯存。

Appearance: Clear, pale gold
Nose: Clean, medium+ coconut, waxy, citrus, cedar, nutty, mineral and mushroom aromas at youthful stage
Palate: Dry, medium brisk acidity, high alcohol and full-bodied. With medium+ starfruit, coconut, lemon, mineral, cedar, butter and mushroom flavors. Medium+ length.
Conclusion: Very good chardonnay barrel fermented by with wild yeast - resulting to meticulous and colorful characters. Drink now and will benefit for short-term ageing.
